By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your location. pw128 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pw128 Account. pw128 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and, at its discretion, forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds associated with Accounts determined to be in violation of this rule.
You confirm that you are of sound mind, acting of your own free will, and are not acting under duress or on behalf of a third party when placing Wagers on pw128.
To access pw128 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. pw128 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) by default.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — and at any subsequent point — is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including but not limited to a false name, false date of birth, or a payment method not registered in your own name, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pw128 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pw128 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pw128 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
pw128 may at any time — and particularly before processing withdrawals — require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending verification.
You may request closure of your pw128 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (minus any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met turnover requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
pw128 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pw128 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rp 10.000. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. pw128 will publish any changes to deposit limits on the platform with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your pw128 Account within 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay , LinkAja) are credited instantly in most cases. pw128 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed by pw128 within an average of three minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been verified by the KYC team. pw128 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold determined by pw128's risk management team.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
pw128 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. pw128 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 20.000 to dormant Accounts with a remaining Balance until the Balance reaches zero, or until the Member reactivates the Account by logging in. Members will be notified by the registered email address before dormancy fees are applied.
pw128 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum turnover (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable turnover multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's terms page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard turnover requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sportsbook markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or 20x the bonus amount on casino or slot games.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. pw128 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its discretion, including where pw128 reasonably suspects that the Member is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion. The following activities will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure:
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to meet the applicable turnover requirement within the validity window stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
pw128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. pw128 also reserves the right to decline to award a bonus or to withdraw a bonus at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was awarded in error or that the Member does not qualify under the applicable terms.
All Wagers placed on pw128 are subject to pw128's acceptance. pw128 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion without being required to give a reason, particularly where pw128 suspects irregular betting activity, misuse of pricing errors, or system faults.
In the event that a sportsbook market price or casino game payout is displayed in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, pw128 reserves the right to void all Wagers placed at the erroneous price. Members will be notified of voided bets and their stake will be refunded in full.
In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, pw128's sportsbook settlement rules for that sport apply. In most cases, bets on an abandoned or cancelled event are voided and stakes are returned. Specific rules for BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and other major competitions are published in the pw128 sportsbook rules section.
Live in-play markets are offered on selected events. pw128 uses automated and manual trading to manage live markets. In-play prices and market availability change rapidly and pw128 accepts no liability for delays between price changes and bet acceptance. Bets accepted at an in-play price are final once confirmed by the pw128 system.
All casino and slot game outcomes on pw128 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. pw128 does not modify game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a casino game result, the game provider's server-side logs take precedence over any client-side display.
pw128 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Member tier. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pw128 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Unauthorised use of pw128 intellectual property may result in legal action.
pw128 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a pw128 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pw128 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and improvement of the pw128 platform.
pw128 strives to maintain platform uptime of 99.9%, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. pw128 will not be liable for any loss of Wagers, missed events, or other consequential losses arising from platform downtime.
Gambling involves risk. pw128 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through wagering activity on the platform. By using pw128, you acknowledge that you wager at your own risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of gambling.
pw128 hosts games and data feeds provided by third-party studios and data providers. pw128 is not liable for errors, interruptions, or losses arising from the performance of third-party software or data feeds, provided that pw128 takes reasonable steps to select reputable, licensed providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pw128's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pw128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, pw128 may forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the Member's own request), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pw128 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pw128's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. pw128 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised regulatory body. Where changes are material, pw128 will notify Members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pw128 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
